State Police have filed new charges in a fatal shooting in Greene County and one of the victims is now a suspect. Lana Roe, 40, was allegedly shot by her husband, 32-year-old Jason Roe, in a cabin off Strawn Hill Road in the village of Spraggs in Wayne Township on August 14.
